I received my Master’s degree in Educational Psychology and Counseling from the University of South Dakota in 1995. I am dually licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Mental Health (LPC-MH) and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). I worked in the field of addictions for six years prior to coming to Dakota Counseling Institute in April 2001. I have had additional training for Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD), Moral Recognition Therapy (MRT), and am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
