I have been with Dakota Counseling Institute since August 2008. I am currently a Mental Health Clinician providing outpatient therapy services. Over the years, I have worked with youth in the correctional setting and those in residential psychiatric treatment. I have my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I practice Systems, Developmental, and Adlerian Theories in assisting clients. Areas of special interest include anxiety, depression, family issues, dual diagnosis, neurodevelopmental disorders, sexual abuse, and other trauma. More recent professional concentration is with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy specific to emotional dysregulation and interpersonal difficulties.
